Serbia or Greater Serbia (Serbian: Србија/Srbija) officially known as the Federation of Greater Serbia (Serbian: Савез Велике Србије/Savez Velike Srbije) was one of the 3 self-governing states of Yugoslavia. Situated at the crossroads of central and southeast Europe, Serbia borders Etrasia to the north, Bulgaria and Transylvania to the east, Greece and Albania to the south, and Illyria to the west. Serbia numbers around 20 million residents, and its capital, Belgrade, ranks among the largest cities in Europe.
Serbia united with the rest of Yugoslavia to form Europa Suverenost in 2055 following a country-wide referendum.
